I'm totally bad at updating this thing! Well, the past couple of months have been pretty busy for me. At the end of August I went on my first European trip with my mom to Paris for a few days. We only stayed for 4 days, but I got to see a lot of the beautiful sights. I took over 500 pictures! My mother is not exactly the best travel partner, but we had a wonderful time. She was hesitant about exploring the non-touristy parts of the city, so I didn't really get a chance to see Paris more than through a tourist's eye. Nonetheless, I was satisfied in seeing all the beautiful attractions in Paris familiar to me only from pages in a textbook. And I got to practice my French! An artist I ran into under the Eiffel Tower complimented my french conversation I had with him...hehe I definitely plan on visiting again one day and hopefully I'll also get to see the rest of France too.

So, I'm into the new semester about a month already. (time is flying!) Only 2 1/2 months to ago, haha. I'm really liking my classes this semester since I'm finally taking mostly my major classes.
- 3-D design
- Italian Renaissance Art History
- French 2
- Photography
- Philosophy
After taking Philosophy, I'll only have 3 more required classes and then only my major courses to go...I'm hoping to graduate Spring 08'. So far, I have to say Photography is my favorite class. There's nothing like developing and printing your own film. You really build a relationship with your film throughout the whole process. My negatives are now my little film babies, haha. I'll post some of my photographs once I figure out how to use the scanner at school.
